NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2021, and entered in 2020-CA-002998 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK M. PARRISH A/K/A FRANK MICHAEL PARRISH, DECEASED; COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES III & IV PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WENDI LYN PARRISH A/K/A WENDI L. PARRISH A/K/A WENDI PARRISH; SHERRYL L. JONES; CACH, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 4, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
