NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on April 12, 2019, and the ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO AMEND JUDGMENT AMOUNT AND TO RESCHEDULE FORECLOSURE SALE, entered on July 6, 2021, in 18-CA-003160 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein GEORGE A. SCRIBANO is the Plaintiff and PJR INVESTMENT HOLDINGS INC., JOHN E. HATHAWAY, PAUL ROGERS, AND CACV OF COLORADO, LLC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on September 3, 2021, bidding begins at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk. realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment and Order, per Administrative Order No. 3-15.16, to wit:
