NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2021 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002042-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST X, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ADDRESS: 60 LIVINGSTON AVE EP-MN-WS3D ST. PAUL MN 55107, is the Plaintiff and GUNTIS LAMBERGS A/K/A GUNTIS J. LAMBERGS; OLGA LAMBERGS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; VERONA WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; RAYMOND T. ROSATI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s), Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on July 29, 2021, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 878, VERONAWALK PHASE 2c, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 84 through 86, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
