Thence continue along the last described course, North 87 deg. 30' 40” West, 100.00 Feet: Thence North 2 deg 29” 20” East, 150.00 Feet; Thence South 87 Deg. 30' 40” East 100.00 Feet; Thence South 2 Deg. 29' 20” West, 150.00 Feet to the place of beginning, being lots 28 and 29,. Block one in said Trail Acres, Unit 3
at the public sale to the highest bidder on July 29, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
