NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 2nd day of June 2021, and entered in Case 19-CA-010789, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LAVAUGHN HUGH GAMBLE A/K/A HUGH LAVAUGHN GAMBLE A/K/A VAUGHN GAMBLE; KIMBERLY LAGRONE; NORTH STAR CAPITAL ACQUISITIONS, LLC ASSIGNEE OF SAM'S CLUB; JUSTIN GAMBLE; SHAWN GAMBLE; LAVAUGHN HUGH GAMBLE, JR. A/K/A HUGH LAVAUGHN GAMBLE, JR. A/K/A VAUGHN GAMBLE, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of August 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 264 FEET OF LOT 5 OF THE SOUTH PLANT CITY FARMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLATE THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGE 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 165 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
