NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2021, and entered in Case No. 29-2020-CA-002811 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Cindy O'Connor, deceased, Lake Azzure Condominium Association, Inc., William Hess, Sr., William Hess, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the July 28, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 25-201B, LAKE AZZURE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17606, PAGE 54, AND THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 105, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
