The North 126 feet of the South 196 feet of the North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 29 S, Range 21 E, Hillsborough County, Florida, less E 307.68 feet and less W 30 feet for St. Cloud Avenue right of way.
