NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 21-000630-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ATHENE ANNUITY & LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and MARCELINE C. GAUDREAU; BOCA SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of September, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 135, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BOCA SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4979, PAGE 1380 THROUGH 1476, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
