Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2021, entered in Case No 20-003397-CI of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, in which VC RTL Holdings, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Rae Development LLC, and Rolando Escamilla, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted at public sale on the 5th day of August 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The West 1/2 of Lot 8 and all of Lot 9, Block 16, Pine City Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 74, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
