NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020-CC-006421 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BURGUNDY UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BARRY L. HOLDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARRY L. HOLDER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of August, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
