NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of July 2021, and entered in Case No. 2019CA005215, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LISA COLLISON A/K/A LISA M. COLLISON; THE HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CHEYENNE GRAHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA COLLISON A/K/A LISA M. COLLISON; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. COLONNESO as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 10th day of August 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK J, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 9-D, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
