An undivided fractional interest, as described below, in unit as described below in the Orlando Breeze Resort timeshare plan, located at 121 Emerald Loop, Davenport, Florida 33897 ('Project”), together with the exclusive right, as among the other Owners of Vacation Ownership Interests in the Unit, to occupy the Unit during Use Period as described below, together with an undivided interest in common elements appurtenant thereto of Orlando Breeze Resort: according to the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions for Orlando Breeze Resort, recorded in the Official Records Book 06046, Pages 0473-0535, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, as amended from time to time (“Declaration”)
