NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Mako Freight, LLC, pursuant to Florida Statute ยง677.210, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder of U.S. funds, in cash or certified funds only, on August 9, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time), at 45150 U.S. Highway 27. Davenport, Florida 33897, all right, title and interest in the following Goods: medical gowns, gloves and masks for nonpayment of storage fees, interest, late fees and/or costs, and attorneys' fees due from Scopeshield, Inc.
Description of the Good Subject to Sale:
The Goods subject to sale are all goods stored by you with Mako Freight, LLC pursuant to the Agreement.
Demand for Payment:
Demand is herewith made for payment of the amounts due as set forth above, plus attorney's fees in the amount of $750.00, plus removal of the Goods prior to the scheduled date of the sale of the Goods. Absent payment, the goods advertised for sale, and sold by auction at the time and place stated above.
