WILKEY A/K/A KENNETH WILKEY; FIRST SERVICE CGC, INC.; MADISON PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s), the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 5, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
