NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 21, 2020 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on July 9, 2021 in Case No. 19-CA-002359 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW
YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff and EDWARD MICHAEL THOMAS and CARMEL THOMAS are Defendant(s), Cindy Stuart, HillsboroughCountyClerkofCourt, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66 GIBSONTON-ON-THE-BAY ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
