NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2021, and entered in Case No. 29-2020-CA-002524 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Mid America Mortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Ron Fahrenholz, Robert Ham, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Thyer Ham, deceased, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the August 16, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
