Final Judgment was awarded on July 9, 2021, in Civil Case No. 19-CA-002775 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT P. SEITZ, DECEASED; DANIEL A. SEITZ; JULIE M. SEITZ; ROBERT POWERS SEITZ JR., are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 8, 2021 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 692, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 21, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 THROUGH 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
