NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-002113 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RENEE HOLAN, DECEASED; HSBC FINANCE CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC., FELICE AUGSBURG; THE ESTATE OF RENEE HOLAN, DECEASED; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of August, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK TWO (2), OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS MORNINGSIDE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK
9, AT PAGE 48.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
