Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and the further Order Granting Motion for Hearing to Obtain New Lien Foreclosure Sale Date, rendered June 29, 2021, entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 536 of TROPIC TERRACE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court in Official Record Book 771, Page 400, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenance thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 5, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
