NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named person (s) on or about July 9, 2021, Clearwater Cascade Homeowners Association, Inc. will sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, subject to existing encumbrances, if any, the following abandoned property belonging to Joseph Librizzo, Deceased, described as: 1973 BAYW, Mobile Home, VIN # BF31436, and various furniture and household items, if any, contained therein at a public sale to be held at 9790 66th St. N., #337, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 at 10:00 a.m. on August 9, 2021.
Please note that only the mobile home and its contents, if any, will be sold. The lot upon which the mobile home is situate is not part of this sale. A successful bidder must immediately remove the mobile home from the lot or immediately apply for and become an approved resident of the Association and enter into a lease agreement for the use of the lot or purchase a share.
