NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered 7/13/2021 in Case No. 2020-CA-7969-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST, GERALDINE GARDNER, DECEASED; EDDIE GARDNER and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PAMELA SMITH, are Defendant(s), Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 18, 2021 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
