YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Commence at a concrete monument located on the East right of way line of 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida, and 46.4 feet South of the North line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, for a point of beginning; thence proceed North along the East right of way of said 26th Street West a distance of 142 feet; thence continue North 89°40' East, a distance of 150 feet; thence continue South, and parallel to the East right of way of 26th Street West, a distance of 142 feet, more less, to an iron pipe; thence continue, at a right angle, 150 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a non-exclusive easement for pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress over a strip of property 23.5 feet wide, north to south, and 150 feet long, east to west, which lies directly north and adjacent to the north boundary of the property described above.
Commonly known as 3633 - 26th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher C. Morrison, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1432 First Street, Sarasota, Florida 34236, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
