YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property in Polk County, Florida:
Lot 11, Meadow Grove, (unrecorded) and more particularly described as: The NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, less the East 442 feet; and the West 30 feet of the East 540 feet of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; all in section 11, Township 29 South, Range 24 East, Polk County, Florida, less road right of way recorded in Official Records Book 1183, Page 193, public records of Polk County, Florida.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before August 23rd, 2021 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
