NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2021 in the above action, and pursuant to the Court's Order dated July 19, 2021 Granting the Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale, wherein B & Z ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and MANUEL REYES, REBECA CHAGOYA, and others are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2021, for the following described property in Polk County, Florida:
From a point of 332.0 feet North of the Southwest corner of the SE ¼ of Government Lot 4, Section 6, Township 27 South, Range 27 East, Polk County, Florida, run North 307.95 feet to the Northwest corner of said Southeast ¼ of Lot 4; run thence East along the North line of said SE ¼ of Lot 4, 760.86 feet to a point 25.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Southeast ¼ of Lot 4, run thence South parallel to the East line of said Lot 4, 309.84 feet to a point of 332.0 feet North of the South line of said Lot 4; run thence West 763.82 feet to the point of beginning.
