NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2021, and entered in Case No. 53-2020-CA-000476 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Rafael Angel Rivera Leon, Aqua Finance, Inc., Forest Ridge Homeowners Association of Polk County, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the August 26, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
