NOTICE OF PROPOSED MERGER
Notice is hereby given that First Foundation Bank, Irvine, California, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for its approval to merge First Florida Integrity Bank, a Florida state bank headquartered in Naples, Florida, with and into itself, under the charter of First Foundation Bank. It is contemplated that all of the branch offices of both banks will continue to be operated.
This notice is published pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office, 25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, San Francisco, California 94105, not later than the 30th day following the date of the first required publication of the notice, which was July 30, 2021. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file in the regional office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portions of the application file will be made available upon request.
