YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Pinellas County, Florida:
PARCEL ONE: Unit No. 616, situated on the 6th floor of The Tradewinds Apartment Building of The Tradewinds Apartments Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, at Pages 25 through 37 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, and more particularly delineated and identified in Exhibit “A”, attached to and made a part of the Declaration of Condominium of Tradewinds Apartments Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 472, Pages 509 through 540 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
PARCEL TWO: An undivided one-two hundred fourth (1/204th) interest, as tenant in common, in the Common Elements and/or the Common Property of said Tradewinds Apartments Condominium.
Property Address: 180 Seaview Court Apt. 616, Marco Island, Florida 34145.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Amanda Broadwell, Esq., Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross, PLLC, 6609 Willow Park Drive, Second Floor, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
