NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on July 21, 2021, in case number 2020 CA 000650 NC of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein SARASOTA HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is the Plaintiff and MARQUESAS HOLDINGS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, JOHN EDWIN OGRODNIK, JAMES E. TRIDER, and SAWYER OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, and UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on 8th day of September, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
UNIT 3-A, BUILDING 3, SAWYER OAKS PROFESSIONAL PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005055215, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGES 31, 31A THROUGH 31D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
