NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2021 and entered in Civil Case No.: 21-CC-001503 of the County Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein MJRA CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and SANDRA CANAL, a/k/a SANDRA MORENO DE AYALA and LISSANDRA CANAL are the Defendants, that I, Linda Doggett, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 am on August 18, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
