COMES NOW, the Plaintiffs, TERENCE L. DEMONTIGNY and TATYANA KARBISHEVA, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on December 11, 2020 Case No: 20-CA-8298.
1. Lot 75, of SABAL PALM GARDENS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 52 and 53, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
