Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Default Final Judgment dated May 18, 2021 and entered herein, the property situated in Orange County Florida, to wit: Lot I, SHOPPES AT ALAFAYA TRAIL, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 76, at pages 56 through 58, of the Public Records in and for Orange County Florida will be sold to the highest and best bidder by electronic sale at: https:// www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com/index.cfm at 11:00 a.m. on June 17, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
