NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of May, 2021, in Case No. 2020-0878-CA, of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in which SHELENE LAUGHLIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHELENE LAUGHLIN, PROPERTY OWNERS OF GULF COVE, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, CHARLOTTE COUNTY UTILITIES, A DEPARTMENT OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY GOVERNMENT (“CHARLOTTE COUNTY UTILITIES”); UNKNOWN TENANT #1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2; THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on 22nd day of July, 2021 the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
