NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien dated March 8, 2021 and recorded March 25, 2021, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2021052576, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at CALINI BEACH CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 1030 Seaside Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 29th day of JUNE, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
