NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated March 26, 2021, and was recorded April 5, 2021, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2021060433, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at LIMETREE BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1050 Ben Franklin Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 23rd day of JUNE, 2021, at 10:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
