NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated May 18, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2019CA006376XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on July 21, 2021, the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 101 of BOCA CIEGA RESORT & MARINA CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14187, Page 623, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 136, Page 65, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
