Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies will sell the property located in Manatee County, Florida, being specifically described as follows:
Lot 21, Block E, SYLVAN OAKS, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 85 through 90, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
