NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2018CA002176000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of David W. Escher a/k/a David William Escher, Deceased; Jeanette H. Riley; Albert S. Escher, Jr. a/k/a Albert Stevens Escher a/k/a Albert S. Escher; Beverly A. Escher; Nancy L. Escher are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of June, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO A GAS LINE EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY THEREOF AND SUBJECT TO AN INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 35 FEET OF THE WEST 1230 FEET THEREOF.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
