NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 26, 2021 and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-000109 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGINAST ROSITA M. TAYLOR, DECEASED; JOHN B. TAYLOR; FOUR CORNERS HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; JORDAN TAYLOR; KATH TAYLOR; RICKY TAYLOR; SIMON TAYLOR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANGELINA TUCHER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A PAUL TAYLOR., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as 127 ASTER DRIVE, DAVENPORT, FL 33897
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
