NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 17, 2021 in Case No. 20-CA-006717 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 (“Plaintiff”) and BRENDA MCCALLISTER A/K/A BRENDA MCALLISTER A/K/A BRENDA RUTH MCALLISTER A/K/A BRENDA RUTH DERR (“Defendants”), Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of July 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND THE NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 13, LINDA DIANE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, AT PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
