NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2021 entered in Case No. 20-2574-CO-042 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WILLIAM EDWARD WALKER, DECEASED; AND UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
