NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June 2021, in Case No.: 20-CA-437of the Civil Court of Manatee County, Florida, in which LAWRENCE KLEPETKO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAWRENCE KLEPETKO; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION; THE MOORINGS AT EDGEWATER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION; CASEY CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESION, will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in Manatee County, Florida at 11:00a.m. on August 4, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
