NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment, dated March 11, 2019, and entered in Case Number: 2018-CA-003743-0000-00, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, and Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated April 19, 2021, wherein BRIDGEFORD CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DWAYNE SEYMORE and NANCY BROWN, are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 2nd day of July, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
