NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 2, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-001324 of the County Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, in which JAK RENTALS, LLC is plaintiff, and MANUEL FUENTES is defendant, Stacy M. Butterfield, as Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 7, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, is any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
