NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2021 in the above action, the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Polk, Florida, on July 19, 2021, at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 53, Citrus Woods Estates Unit Number One, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 25 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Together with a Multiwide Manufactured Home, which is permanently affixed and attached to the land and is part of Real Property and which, by intention of the parties, shall constitute a part of the realty and shall pass with it.
