VENEZIO A/K/A JUNE ANN VENEZIO; JOSEPH VENEZIO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUYNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants.
