NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 9, 202, and entered in 2020-CA-003528 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Chester D. Matteucci is the Plaintiff and 2580 Shamrock LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company, John Franco Sr., John Franco Jr., and Sarasota County Florida are the Defendants. Karen E. Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 14, 2021, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 11999 and 12000, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 46, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 10, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
