NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 1, 2021, entered in Case No. 20-CA-006774 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CIVIC HOLDINGS III TRUST is the Plaintiff and BELOFTE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT GROUP, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA SCOTT DUFFY, are the Defendants.
