Commonly known as 806 Lake Haven Sq #102, Brandon, FL 33511, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Shawn G. Brown as KAYE BENDER REMBAUM, PL, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1211 N.
