MORRISON, III; THE TOWERS OF CHANNELSIDE RHC CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE TOWERS OF CHANNELSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A LORI MORRISON are the Defendant(s).
