Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 1143 and the undivided shares in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Caloosa Bayview Phase “A”, a Condominium, with the schedules annexed thereto, as recorded in Official Record Book 1024, Page 205, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on July 8, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at, www.lee. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES, SECTION 45.031.
